Hello, I'm Antonio Schönmann! 👋

I'm a Software Engineer based in Curitiba, Brazil, with 10+ years of experience and a strong foundation in Computer Science.

Within this journey, I have worked at Hurb, a major Brazilian online travel agency, contributing to a platform built on top of 100+ microservices across multiple tech stacks.

I later became a Principal Software Engineer at Elastic, leading the infrastructure that powers Support and Sales for Elastic Cloud in a high-performing team. I now work at TRM Labs, using my skills to help fight financial crime.

My current interests include large language models (LLMs), agentic workflows, context engineering, product and system design, clean code, distributed systems, and developer experience. Outside of work, I really enjoy online gaming, music, ballroom dance, travel and archery!
